Open Links in new tab, but open javascirpt in new window?

Hi,

I'm using Konqueror 3.2 and I want to be able to open new links in a tab when I click on them, but have javascript pop-up windows open in a new window. At the moment the javascript window tries to open in a tab and does not work properly.

Is it possible to do this, I can do this with Firefox, but would prefer to be able to do it konqueror.
