Konqueror not showing gif's

Am I the only person who is having the problem where Konqueror will not show gifs? I am probably missing a library but I can't see to find any documentation on this or anyone else having the problem.

I'm running a built from source kde3.2.1 with all the newest stable packages as of 2004-3-12.

If anyone else is having this problem I'll go ahead and post it as a bug.

Works for me.

Did you compile Qt yourself?
If so, did you enable gif support? Did the configure check find it?

by "not showing gifs" do you mean it wont open one in the embedded viewer, or a gif is not shown on a webpage?

If you think you are missing a library, try and open a gif with another application, such as imageMagik or kview. If you can see the image then you are probably not missing a package
