3.2-RC1: Kvim inside of Kmail

I have Kvim setup as a component, and have used it in Kate, and am suppose to be able to use it in Kmail. However I can find where to enable it. Anyone?

The ability to change the editor of the Kmail composer window, was delayed to the separate KDE PIM Release that will follow KDE3.2
