Cannot use kaddressbook

Cannot use kaddressbook

Hi

I'm using kde-3.3 on SuSE 9.1

This used to work, but recently ,whenever i try to modify, create new,or close kontact (kaddressbook), i recieve:

The resource '/home/me/.kde/share/apps/kabc/std.vcf' is locked by application ''. and

"Unable to save to resource 'resource-name'. It is locked."

PLease assist

Check if you have any stale lock files in ~/.kde/share/apps/kabc/lock/ . If you're sure that no other started application is using the addressbook you could try to remove any files in that directory.
