Hello everyone,
Wasn't really sure where to post this so my apologies if it is in the wrong place. I am running mandrake 10 kde 3.2.2
I have a muliple monitor setup with my pc connected to a montor and a tv: I use the monitor for work and the tv for watching video. The ability to change screen resolution without logging out is really useful for me - offered by the:
kdestartmenu>configuration>kde>peripherals>display.
I'd like to know what command is executed when the display is changed from say 1024x768 to 800x600. I found that peripheral>display module itself calls the command "kcmshell display" and tried various --display options in there, none of which worked.
I'd really like to know the command to change it to 800x600 so I can bind it to a button on my remote.
Any ideas?.
p.s. anyone else managed to get nvtv working with a geforce fx5600?
