KDE4 Desktop problem

i have a problem with KDE4(newest from KDE4:factory), if i login they appear only a raster(grey and white like a tranparenty raster) without plasma and the kicker.
But the other Progs(firefox and kopete ...) start without problems!

I have the same problem after upgrading to 4.1.2 on Debian. Can somebody please help??

I found out that I need newer qt4.
