IS there a way to disable desktop-plugins in kde 4.1

I wonder how to disable desktop plugins in Kde4.1.

I am not sure what you mean exactly.
Do you mean the widgets? Simply remove them from the widgets-dialog (click the minus-sign in the widgets dialog). But rememeber that they also affect the widgets on the panel. So make sure not to remove any of them.
