How to pair an "untrusted" bluetooth device

I inadvertently selected remove trust versus remove pairing in KBluetooth --> Configuration --> Pair / Trusted Devices ...
How to I regain trust?

Don't have a real answer for you, did you try pairing again.
You may also want to a try google search or check your distros forum site.
