Konqueror FTP

When trying to access a site using Konquerors FTP facility, I'm only seeing a fraction of the files on the site. Any thoughts?

Does the account with which you're connected with have security access to read the other files?

No, there are no additional permissions.
I can also find all the files with FileZilla and AceFTP in Windows.
