ICQ-Video-Chat capable Messenger

Hi!

Im searching an instant messenger, that is capable to do video chats with icq (xtraz / 5.1 / 6.0) clients!

Kopete does only video chats to MSN and Yahoo!
Qnext does only video chats to Qnext
... and so on

Is there any messenger out there, that is able to do this and runs on linux like systems?

Well.. i got the skill and experience to do it, but i dont have enough time. I really thought there would be a much bigger public request for such a feature, but it seems like nobody cares, except me. :rolleyes:

Me cares!
But there are still missing many other features, often small ones, like the ability to edit awaymesages or to send files to other ICQ-user.

If i could, i would help to write plugins or something else but i cant...
