I don't know where to put this.
The last time I tried mentioning this I was told to try the wish list. This was also the bug report page. I was unable to use that page due to some complexities that I do not understand, but I wish wish wish that Kde would incorporate drag and drop capabilities into the Kmenus and the bookmarks in Konqueror.
Just thought I'd mention that one more time.
If anyone wishes to attempt to impart the necessary knowledge to me as to how to make my wishes known to the Kde developers through the official Kde wish list step by step so that I may successfully utilize the proper tools and protocols, they would receive both my cooperation and gratitude.
I find it very strange that this one, basic, small item that supplies such a large element of user friendliness and convenience should perennially be left out.
