KOrganizer - create ics calendar from KAddressBook birthdays as stand-alone?

Hello all,
I'm using the plugin "Birthdays from KAddressBook" within KOrganizer. This works pretty well! My question: is it possible to use the code of this plugin to create an .ics calendar file from these birthdays? In other words, is there an application doing this? Any hint is appreciated!

No not that I know of. The calendar plugin only fakes a calendar in memory such that KOrganizer can handle it, but I haven't seen how to dump those to an ICS file.
