[solved] Disable buttons in titlebar: minimize, maximize, close

Typically I use shortcuts for all actions which I need very often. An example is: Closing, minimizing and maximizing a window.
Usually I prefer a GUI which is not cluttered with elements I do not need.
I would like to disable these buttons in the titlebar. In the kontrolcenter I couldn't find an option for this.

How could I disable these buttons, please?

RE: Disable buttons in titlebar: minimize, maximize, close

Right click a title bar, choose Configure Window Behaviour and open the Buttons tab you'll see. Now you can drag 'n drop buttons to and from the title bar.

what file does this change???

Thanks Bram, this procedure works!
do you (or anyone) possibly know which file holds this configuration?
I dont want to have to go to each machine and do that by hand...
