I want to add the refresh command to the right click menu but dont have any clue where to even start. Can anyone hel me out plz. I have KDE 3.3 if this makes any difference.

I don't really care which KDE version you're using if you don't specify which right click menu you're referring to. So could you please be a bit more descriptive?
Sorry bout that i didnt realize there where different right click menus. The menu that pops up when you right click in a window of konqueror, im not sure what its called though.
