Remove KDE Menu Search bar

Hi, I would like to remove the top-new KDE Menu Seach bar in SuSE 10.0

It is possible?

You might consider this thread, recently posted on the KDE forum: annoying search menu
I don't think it's the best solution, but I can't think of anything better as well.
