I don't think that it will help when you post the same message over and over - this is no chatroom, so be patient, wait and see.

And why not learning some c++ coding meanwhile and start the project by yourself. I'm sure that then you will find some other coders to help you with the project...

Actually I only posted something similer once in these forums , but having actually looked at some of the apps I believe that it could be done . There seems to be a multitude of apps that perform the exact same chore or extremely close to what each does. My point is this and correct me if I am wrong but in a project not only do you need programmers, you also need testers, documetation writers, a website for the application and finance if the product is the right one at the right time.
It is this belief that I have that people have the perception that GNU LINUX is a hard text driven OS when in fact it has some great applications such as digikam,K3B, Rosegarden ,LMMS, Mplayer ect ect my thought would be to create a joint project consisting of the above apps integrated in such a way as to make it easy to create, import drag and drop files so as to create digital video or photo dvd slideshows ect ect.

Ok, but in a forum, you're meant to add your posts to the initial topic...

Regarding your project, I think that you're not aware how much work this represents to coordinate all these apps in a single framework... sounds like mission impossible to me. But good luck anyways...
