Sub-Launcher in Kocker

Hi!

I'm using KDE 3.4.2 on Gentoo Linux.

Is it possible to create "sub-launchers" within kicker? I mean I'd like to have the same method of launching like in XFCE.

How could I do this?

I've never used XFCE, could you describe what a sub-launcher is? Perhaps there's a KDE equivalent.
