Writing my own kSplash theme??

hi all,

i have just started coding KDE. I have installed KDE 3.4.2 in Fedora Core 3.As a first step, i would like to add my own kSplash theme to the existing ones.How do i start?...

i would be happy for any help rendered...

I'd suggest taking a look at how some existing ones are made to get an idea. It's really not too difficult. Here's quite a few you can download and take a peek at http://kde-look.org/index.php?xcontentmode=35
