only alt and meta modifier keys to move windows?

Hi,
I would like to use control key as a modifier key to move windows, but I have only alt and meta key available in kcontrol -> Desktop -> Window Behaviour -> Action-Tab -> Inner Window...
Is my configuration wrong?

As far as I can tell, your configuration is correct. Those are the only two options.
