Startkde doesn't look suspicous, I think it's in his original state. I don't understand your second hint: I don't have directory "env" in ~/.kde ... I noticed that on second account on my computer (sister's account
) there's no problem and she starts in her home directory. So, I guess, problem is in my .kde dir, but I'd like to remove this all

Problem solved!
I was placing in ~/.kde/Autostart file autorun.sh which contained inter alia sth like this:
cd /home/me/some_dir/some_subdir/; ./some_file &
And all KDE applications started with this DIR as default
So, I added just:
cd /home/me/
