[kopete] icq connecting problem

hi,
a friend of mine and me have this problem since the last 2 days.
when connecting icq a message always displays:"try again in ~ 10 minutes". we are using kopete 0.92 and 0.90.
the problem is time independent. its not becaus trying to connect too often in a short period of time.
when you're lucky it will connect after several tries.

I have the same problem. So where should I get the 0.10? The source link, as you may have noticed, is not working. And I do not want to update to kde 3.4.
