KDE print system cuts top and right side of page (Print System - LPD)

when I print smth. through KDE print system (from KWord, Konqueror, or just test page from printmgr) top and right margin of the page are cut for aprox. 20 mm (~0.8 inch). in printmgr I set: Print system - LPD; on Instances tab - Settings: Page size - A4 Orientation - Portrait Color mode - Grayscale Margins - unchecked (Top 24px, Bottom - 24px, Left -36px, Right - 36px) Filters - no.
