I was just wonder.. for the newer versions of Kopete (0.9.92)... there is a style called "Adium" with consecutive messaging (as the Mac user's call it) and the incoming and outgoing message colors seem like they are picked by some kinda random algorithm or something.. but anyway (i'm sure all the stuff above is confusing haha but yeah) i was wondering if there is a way to choose specific colors for outgoing or w/e.. i was thinking.. maybe there is a file where it assigns the color based on the c...

Is there anyway to get rid of the "(Online)/(Away)/(Out to Lunch)/(Etc)" status text that shows up next to the person's name when multiple tabs are open? They take up quite a bit of space... is there anyway to get rid of it? (If the only way is to edit the source, where would I edit etc)
I use Kopete 0.8.90 (CVS >= 20040424).. I can send files on MSN, but theres something weird.. sometimes with certain users I can receive files from them.. other times (and with other users) they tell me they get a "Transfer Failed" when they try to send me something... am I supposed to be able to receive files with MSN on kopete? (this was the case even before I updated to the CVS version)
I use Kopete 0.8.90 (CVS >= 20040424), and my contact's display picture doesn't show up until i open their chat window, close it, then reopen it again.. only then does the display picture show up.
yeah, i get the exact same thing only thing is.. sometimes, certain users can send me files... which is odd.. haha
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I've got a problem compiling (CVS) kdeaddons->konq-plugins->searchbar. I've compiled it before, everything went fine. I recently reformatted, and now I get an error message when I try to compile the searchbar plugin for konqueror. I have a weird problem. I can't visit this certain site of mine that I need access to... I get this when I try to visit it: Forbidden You were denied access because: Access denied by access control list. I got the same thing in Firefox, but i fixed that by deleting the whole default profile folder in firefox.. but i want to be able to visit this site on konqueror. Anyway know what I can do? I know it has something to do with the certificate thingys or whatever they're called..
How much RAM is needed to run KDE 3.2.1? How much is <b>recommended</b>? What about CPU speed, etc.. Anyone know?
I think Kopete IM Tabs should be able to be placed on the Left/Right side besides the usual Top/Bottom. What do you guys think?
I get this problem where my WAV files used for KDE Notifications (eg. Closing a window and the Konsole bell) stop working after a while of using them. I'm not sure how long.. does anyone else get this problem? I currently use KDE 3.2.1 on Fedore Core 1.
I have a problem with my mouse settings. I normally use "Double-click to open files and folders (select icons on first click)" but for some reason, my mouse settings keeps reverting to "Single-click to open files and folders" after a while. Does anyone else have this problem? or is it just me? Just curious For those who do not know what I'm talking about: Control Center -> Peripherals -> Mouse -> General -> Icons Currently using KDE 3.2, on Redhat 9.0

Does anyone know how to get rid of the "%USERNAME% has left the chat" and "%USERNAME% has joined the chat" (might be wrong the wording) in MSN Chat windows? They are pretty annoying and takes up too much space for my liking lol. I was thinking of editing the Style and taking out the whole System Message area, but that doesn't seem like a very good idea to me. Anyone know a better way?

I was wondering, is there anyway to change the icon sizes of the alt-tab thing? cause they are so small, its kinda hard to see... and plus that dialog thing is ugly hahaha is there anyway to spice it up? i've tried looking around my system for a control panel option, but there isn't. just wondering if there was any way someone knows about.
