hi we have some old computer, we use ltsp on the server, we use fluxbox all computer(15) via ltsp will use konqueror we need tips to improve performance... when we start konqeror, there are a lot of: kded, kdeinit, dcopserver... are there a way to reduce the number of theses program? we only need to go on a web page (for a exam, only basic html with image) thanks

hi i use suse 9.2 with kde 3.4 when i receive a message, there is a sound linked to this event: /opt/kde3/share/sounds/Kopete_Received.ogg but no sound happen when a message coming... any idea? i can play this file /opt/kde3/share/sounds/Kopete_Received.ogg without problem with amarok... i tried to use external application with kopete for playing this sound (amarok) but when a message happen, no sound thanks
