Some wireless usability questions..

Hey everyone, Using linux on my laptop, I'm trying to set up my wireless capabilities in an easy-to-use way on KDE (and Gentoo) and I'm having some issues. Sound not working after fresh kde install

Quoted Original von m4ktub Just a blind shot. Try running kmix and removing mutes or increasing the sound level. Happened to me. Nope, nothing. Wish it would have been that easy .

Sound not working after fresh kde install

Hi, I've just installed Gentoo linux on my notebook and finished emerging kde. Everything seems to work fine, except for the sound. KDE Control center doesn't report any problems and it looks like arts is running fine too, but it just doesn't work and I'm too new to linux to have a clue what to do to fix it ..
