hello everybody, I am having a wierd problem in KDE 3.2. recenlty I have done some upgrades to some KDE packages using apt-get upgrade (I am using Debian,sarge). before this upgrade I used to play movies using mplayer with no problems. But after the upgrade, I hear the audio part with no problem but for the video I get a bunch of green zigzaged lines. I thought may b the problem is with the mplayer so I installed xine but the same problem, audio and green video. Any help would be really apprecia...

hello everybody, recently I have upgraded my debian (woody) to sarge (testing). I upgraded the kernel from 2.4 to 2.6. As well as from KDE 3.1 to KDE 3.2. The problems is that while playing any musci using xmms for example the sounds stops for a few seconds and then resumes upon opening of any program or while browsing the internet.Even scrolling down a page causes it to hang for 1 sec or so.
