i found that the problem was the apps that using libxft.so, such KDE or GNOME. I rebuild the font cache and the problem has solved. i solve with dpkg-reconfigure fontconfig
i uninstalled libgdkxtf, and the problem persist. KDE not work with gtk, i think that libgdkxtf modifies some configuration or some fonts. what libraries load a KDE app when it starts??, i run kdebuildsycoca and it delay some seconds too. i use debian and i have test running X as root, and as a user, i have run a xterm and a kde or gnome session and the problem is the same
after i installing libgdkxft, the kde programs wait too long to start, but when that are running they functioning normal, only delay in start. It only occurs on kde apps.
