I am very very very stupid !!

I am asking me if I can see kopete worked a day !!?? I alaways do "which konqueror" that say : /usr/bin/konqueror So I do "./configure --prefix=/usr" then "make" and I launch kopete. And this warning appear : kopete: WARNING: [KopetePlugin* KopetePluginManager::loadPluginInternal(const QString&)] Unable to find a plugin named 'kopete_chatwindow'! I run kbuildsycoca like this $kbuildsycoca but nothing append!! What is this ? I always have the tcp.h error in ./configure and I don't understand why I must change the kde path because mine is in /usr/local/kde After compilation, when I launch kopete I have some problem : kopete: [KopetePlugin* KopetePluginManager::loadPluginInternal(const QString&)] kopete_chatwindow kopete: WARNING: [KopetePlugin* kopetePluginManager::loadPluginInternal(const QString&)] Unable to find a plugin named 'kopete_chatwindow'! Hello ! I think you are rigth, it can be an other topic !! Perhaps it is not a problem, I have the same thing to you. When I launch kopete I can't see and configure the plugins. Because the compilation problem is before this one, I search to resolve the first problem. But like I said before with the 0.7.5 I have the same compilation problem but the plugins can be configure. So I don't know what must I do ? I just notify these bugs to developpers ! Thanks for your help ! Bye

Hello, I make the 0.7.5 version of kopete and the error is the same. But it work perfectly after build it So I wait the rpm for the 0.8 unless a personn can help me ! Thanks

Nothing append !!

Thanks for this link. But I install all of the libraries that contains tcp.h or if_ppp.h and nothing append ?! I always have kernel source, glibc and glibc-devel. tcp.h and if_ppp.h are present in my computer but cannot be compiled as say the error message. I test to change the directory of the include C header file with --includedir option : --includedir=/usr/include --includedir=/usr/src/linux-2.4.22-21mdk/include But it's the same result. It doesn't work ? Thanks
