Hi, I use Suse 9.0 and KDE 3.1.4-48 (latest update from suse-hp). I've allready tried the workaround "kbuildsycoca --noincremental" which doesn#t help at all. If I open kmenuedit the displayed menu has nothinmg to do with to existing one! karl

Hi, I do have exactly the same problem. I am able to open the menuedit (in a shell or from the panel) and I can change things (ad items, delete,..). But as soon as I close the editor (even if I said "anwenden" -I use the german version) the changes ar lost and there is no difference in the menu? thanks!
