Rinse I tried that and it worked a treat! YEAHHHHHH! Dont know why KDE removed this option. Even like the dragon! hahah Thanks again for your help. You have been the only person that I have asked that has managed to come up with a solution. Thx Silv3r

Hi I dont use Auto login. I have to stick in my username and password. I cant believe you have to go back to the login screen to shutdown. You only have LOGOUT as an option on the Kmenu, so I guess maybe you do. Hope you can help further Silv3r

Hi all I have just got and installed Redhat 9 after many (unhappy) years of Micro$oft products. I am more than happy with Linux so far. I cant believe I lived without it for so long! I cant wait to start tweaking!. At the moment i am just playing around with some of the applications that came with Redhat. But I am having a few problems with my migration from Wins. Hope someone can help: 1) I have KDE as my desktop. But when I logout it goes back to the login screen and from there I have to choos...
