Re: KStars intall

Quoted Original von Donald Hello, I'm running KDE 3.3 on SuSE 9.1 Personal. I have tried to download and install Kstars from the KDE-Apps.org site. During ./configure I get the following error - configure: error: Your Installation isn't able to compile simple C++ programs. Check config.log for details - if you're using a Linux distribution you might miss a package named similiar to libstd++-dev. I have installed the libstdc++-3.3.3-41.i586.rpm from the ftp.gwdg.de site but I still get the error...

I really cant figure out the source of the problem since I upgraded alot...

App links not saving

Looks like a script running wild ... If you don't need KDE2 anymore you should rename or remove you ~/.kde2 directory. otherwise you should update the Mozilla-Link in KDE2 too. you also can spot the script and repair it  In /opt/kde(3)/share/applnk are the entries of the startmenu.
