Since posting, I updated Korganizer and discovered that version 4.5.9 has more options in the “settings > sidebar > show resource view > which now includes the option “Calendar in remote file” which is what I want. I want to keep my appointments and to-do's on my own computers. my last option I want is to have my calendar off site. I navigated to the std.ics file via samba and every time I boot the 2nd computer it updates it's Calendar to match the primary Calender. However, when it tries to mak...
OpenSUSE 10.3 KDE 3.4 My wife & have a home network and we both use KOrganizer for e-mail, addresses, and “Calendar”. I am adding a 3rd computer to our home network which will be in another part of our home and I want to “SYNC” its “Calendar” & settings with MY computer. The goal is to be able to make “Calendar” changes on either computer on our home network and have the changes reflected on “BOTH” computers. Thank you Ken www.jkvetter.net

The inbox in Kontact then listed the un-removable email as (Subject "unknown") and (Sender "unknown") I then was able to delete the unknown email from Kontact inbox. Ken

Issue resolved. It self? I have no idea how. It may have been a package update, I was curious about what the "basket" was and installed/nested it in the Kontact PIM. Then the next time I started the computer Kontact PIM opened withe every thing nested. I decided the Basket was too buggy & removed it, however, the Kontact PIM continued working.
KDE 3.5.8 release 33.2 Version 1.2.4 (enterprise 20071221.751182) openSUSE 10.3 Hello, Tinkering with this new OS has resulted in my breaking it. I have damaged Kontact Personal Information Manager. All the individual applications will open on their own, Korganizer, Kmail, Kaddress, Knote, and AKregator. I may have told it not to start? If that is possible to do from the task bar. If someone can help me get it back up I will appreciate it. Kontact Crash Handler reports : Quoted [?1034hUsing hos...
