Hello, I did a search of this forum for "empty trash" but my problem wasn't addressed in any prior posts. I have files in my trash can that don't belong to me. They belong to root. But, I have no idea how to cd into my trash can. The only information I can see when I double click my Trash can on my desktop is: - trash:/ How do I get into that directory as root? Hello, I'm using Kubuntu with KDE 3.5.8 on my Desktop PC. My issue is that the monitor/screen goes blank after a couple of minutes of not using the PC. I searched for the setting so I can change the power options to not blank the monitor. But, I can't find that setting.
