Thank you for the fast reply. As you suggested, I ran kmenuedit, but the command for opening Excel is the same as the command shown in file associations.
I am using Microsoft Excel via CrossOver... which works great when I use "Open With." However, when I open a SS by clicking on it, it opens in OpenOffice instead of Excel. To configure KDE, I tried the following: 1. rt clk the Excel SS > Open With > Windows Applications > Programs > Microsoft Office > Microsoft Office Excel 2003 > check Remember application association... and the SS opens in Excel... YESS! However, the next time I click on the SS, it opens in OpenOffice... Bummer! 2. System Conf...
