SuSE has actually made the packages available, but not as an update through YasT...don't know why. I had to look around SuSE's FTP-server to find them, so here's the address: ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/supplementary/KDE/update_for_8.2/ They worked great for me.
