where is kljettool in kde 3.1.1?

Hi, in KDE 3.0.x I had a utility called kljettool to change settings of my laser printer. In KDE 3.1.1a it's gone. I use RedHat 8 with the RPM's I found on a KDE Mirror (germany). The only RPM's I can find on rpmfind.net are for KDE 3.0.x, nothing for 3.1.x... Thanks for your answers! Draco
