Well I am proud to report that my company has started sending Linux kiosk type systems to our offices all over the US! We spent amost 9 months working on tuning it the way we wanted. The move has gone so well, that managment is considering replacing some windoze boxes with more capable configurations. Oneill572
Under Red Hat 7.3 and 8.0 I used a very nice TTF font for x3270 that I grabbed off of a Windoze box. And all was good, the font was/is far superior to the default x3270 fonts. The only flaw was the window dropped off the bottom of the screen, which is perfectly acceptable for the nice font. But, now that I upgraded to RH9, when I open the window KDE is automagically forcing the window to fit the screen. Sending me back to the lame default font size.
