After a windows manager crash (and reboot) I have found that when I minimize windows, they disappear and no longer show up in the 'dock'. They are still running, as I can switch to them using the desktop menu. Does anyone have any idea how I can get them to reappear in the dock? I've looked around at preferences and can't find anything that fixes it. Thanks,
