I would like to use the windows key on my laptop to pop up the k menu. I have read the other posts that said something about the F13 and F14 keys but do not really understand. Also is it possiable to set up mozilla and konqour to use the backspace key to go back a page? thanks, chris

Please do not take this the wrong way but I have been listening to some Richard Stallman speeches and am feeling political. One of the formats available for uploading images for profiles is GIF and as I understand it that format is patented and is not a free format. I was just woundering why PNG is not an option. I love the site and it has quickly become the first place I go after I log in every day. Keep up the great work. --chris

I have not upgraded anything. RH8 is my first distro and everything is pretty much the way it came. I have tried changing the setting that does not save the session on log out and it used to work but now everything still pops up even if I don't save. Why Gentoo? --chris

When I first installed RH 8 everything with KDE worked fine. Lately things have been acting up. I like to save my session to restore on login. Evolution always opens on desktop 1 no matter what desktop it was on when I logged out. Mozilla refuses to open at all. Konqueor and Konsole stay where I had them. If I close all applications and log out everything that I closed starts again on login. Help!!! --chris
