RE: konqueror corrupt in root

Thank you very much. problem solved!!! I will stay out of kde as root but can i get root priv when necessary from my nomal log in? thanks happier greenman711

hi, running kde 3.3.2. for some reason konqueror tries to open folders with kwrite "ONLY WHEN LOGGED IN AS ROOT". NORMAL LOGIN IS FINE. This just started 2 days ago and I notice that there is a lock icon on the root folder. Any ideas how to fix this, very annoying thanks greenman711
