Hello all, I've just taken the jump to Linux in the form of Kanotix for my laptop (Panasonic CFW2). I'm using KDE 3.4.3. Thus far things have been going very well but I have one main problem; no sound. As far as I can tell everything should work, as the system found my harware as when I: cat /proc/asound/**** it spits out all sorts of information about the hardware. The sound configuration panel reports no problems, and all of the media players work... just nothing comes from the speaker. Of the...
