1] My situation seems to work, thanks.... 2] I hope that something like this feature will be brought into KDE4! My reason for posting: I have a finicky car deck (JVC KD-G820) that supports OGG files only at some unmentioned limitations (JVC officially denies OGG support in this deck, but some OGG support is definitely in my deck); my last MANUALLY made OGG rips failed, and yet Konquerors settings seem to be fine. I gotta peek under the hood and tweak my toys!! Where are the configurations for OG...

It was titled NetApplet in K menu -> Tools -> System Tools, linked to /usr/bin/net_applet --force Thanks for thinking of me....

What was it called, it disappeared and I want it back

Howdy! I'm using: Source code 1 2 3 4 KDE version: 3.5.7 System: Linux Release: 2.6.22.9-desktop-1mdv Machine: x86_64 As KDE was installed (by default; I set no additional options that I know of), I had an interesting, umm, button, in the umm, toolbar. It has disappeared, I do not know where it was or what it was called. I want to restore it without reinstalling all of KDE Network, since I wish to learn the proper administration skills, and not just reinstall packages when something goes wrong. ...
