Apologies - after reading the post made by tuxnet I obviously didn't make my previous posting clear. What I should have said is that installing the Mesa_Devel package solved this problem for me on SuSE 8.2. Re-reading my previous post seems to imply a random package installation without any explanation of whether it worked! Hope this helps, regards, Steve.
I had this problem when I updated to the 0.7.3 version of KOpete on SuSE 8.2 using the SuSE RPMs. I found that updating my version of KDE to 3.1.4 using the SuSE RPMs solved the problem. Hope this helps, Steve.
Hi, I had a similar problem. Try installing Mesa_Devel. Since you have SuSE 8.2 you can find it under the Install and Remove Software bit of YAST 2. If you then filter the packages by group you should find Mesa_Devel under the Development->Libraries group. Regards, Steve.
