[Gentoo] Proxy

Hi, I've just installed the 4.4.5 version of kdebase-startkde on my Gentoo, and I search how to configure the proxy. I know there must be something in the kcontrol to do this, but obviously I don't have it (kdebase-startkde is the minimum to start kde ..). Someone can tell me the paquet name of the function to configure the proxy for KDE ? Thanks
