The lack of an "Ignore messages from people NOT on your contact list" is one of the reasons I dropped Kopete for Gaim. The only reason I have returned to Kopete is for the webcam support. Rinse, if Kopete has this option for the other protocols other than ICQ, then where is it because I can not find it. Where is the ignore feature in Kopete for Yahoo, Aim, and MSN to prevent receiving messages from users NOT on your contact list? Thanks.
I think it would be helpful if there was a running thread of webcams that are known to work with Kopete. This is my attempt. I bought the Creative! Live Webcam Notebook Pro with VF0250 in the serial number from Fry's on Saturday in the USA. It is $49.99 with a $30 mail in rebate, so only costs $20.00.
