Reporting Bugs in KDE4 - How?

Hi have got KDE4 up and running and have had some konqueror crashes on websites (flash probs I think) and also the wallpaper that I choose does not save when I log out. However I could not save the backtrace from the konqueror crash and I do want to help everyone to get KDE4 running smoothly so where do I file bugs to and how do I make sure that I can save the backtraces?

Thanks
TG :)

Thanks for that Alecs1 have now found it and I am also now able to save backtraces (well the plasma one just let me save it)
The problems that I was having with the wallpaper not saving I and the RSS feed not saving my RSS feeds that I had added seem to have been fixed by my going into the settings and choosing the option to save manual settings. (Don't ask me how I did this as I can't remember, but I found this setting and touch wood, since then my chosen wallpaper and RSS feeds have both been there after a restart of the comp.
