mouse problems...

Okay, I'm using the 'Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer Optical (USB)' It has 5 Buttons, Left side, Right side, top left, top right, and the wheel button, along with the wheel, and for some odd reason, I am unable to use the two side buttons! They're supposed to do the "Back & Forward" commands on web browsers and file browsers..., How do I Make the buttons work? I have the correct mouse selected in the hardware config...

I wonder if I'll get decent fps in cs, currently I have 99 but dropping to 50's far too often.

I guess you have to associate the buttons with some command.

Try KHotKeys for KDE/Konqueror

20fps cs:s stress.... I wonder if I have got something configured wrong...

I have suse 9.1 and chose the nvidia 256 driver, as there wasn't anything else in the list remotely similar to my card which is geforce 6800 ultra :(

4.2 works with hl2 and cs:s but 20fps is pants! I get 110 average in XP :/

Chances are you already have it. It's not a separate program but a module in the KDE control center:

Try Alt-F2 kcontrol
Regional and Accessibility -> KHotKeys
