How to change default "X" window icon

Some applications (like kterm, mozilla firebird and win4lin) all have the default "X" window icon. Is it possible to change this icon :?:

are you looking to give all applications with the X icon a unique icon, or just change the icon itself so all have the new icon?

to do the latter, change the icon in your icon theme, found at

$HOME/.kde/share/icons/theme_name/size/apps/xapp.png`

(it could be just x.png, i dont remember!)

Hi seb,

I want to give all applications with the X icon a unique icon, but thanks for the tip of changing the "X" icon itself. Now I can choose an icon I like more.

I think the one for Mozilla Firebird changes if you put in an icons folder in your installation's chrome directory.
