Anti-Aliasing crashes on Mobility Radeon

When I select Anti-aliasing ON on the font panel my nvidia based PC works fine. When I try the same on my Matrox Mill. 2 Server and my Mobility Radeon Notebook, AA Sigfaults and No Joy. Is this a KDE problem or more a not-so-optimal-xfree-driver problem? Rendering not supported?

I think this is the fault of the Driver. "Mobility Chip" often rely on the OS, like my SiS 630 or other. But give it a try with another Desk, althought really can't see why this should be a KDE-Prob.
