I life in Russia. So, my system locale is KOI8-R, but russian ICQ message encoding is CP1251.
All my friends using ICQ protocol.
Design of Kopete is very-very good, smooth, nice etc.

1. When i write and send message to other russian users all OK. But when I receive message from him, I can't read it - font, may be, in Western encodings instead of Russian.. (problems with locale settings? But SIM working without problem)
2. I want disable "hints" with info about new connected user. Only tray animation "new message", nothing more..

3. All info about russian ICQ users and his nicknames I must see in CP1251, but see in KOI8-R (and cant read. I need some conversion?

2. Comments. Message from some users in HTML format I see very good. May be, plain text encodings or font for plain text must be change..
